The design of this affordable housing project focuses on creating an environment with a development-oriented approach and an emphasis on the sense of security for the residents. To achieve this, the layouts and public spaces have been designed in a way that allows for future expansion if needed, without compromising the quality or identity of the architectural project. The open and green spaces within the development, in addition to fostering a sense of calm, serve as intermediaries for social interaction and strengthening the connection among residents. This design is flexible and adaptable, taking into account potential future changes in urban and social developments.

The sense of security in this project is ensured through various measures such as the design of pathways and public spaces, natural surveillance, and the use of CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) principles. Walkways have been planned to provide easy and secure access to all areas of the development. Additionally, durable and resilient materials have been used in the design of facades and building cladding to enhance physical security. This affordable housing project not only provides a space for residence but also creates a safe and sustainable environment for the growth and social interaction of its residents.
