The design of this mixed-use residential complex, spanning an area of 680 square meters, integrates various functions including residential, administrative, recreational, cultural, and commercial spaces, all with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for its occupants. The project aims to create a harmonious environment where the needs of residents, workers, and visitors are met through thoughtful zoning and space allocation. The residential areas are designed to offer a comfortable, private living experience, while the commercial and administrative spaces are strategically placed to ensure easy access and convenience for both residents and the surrounding community. The recreational and cultural spaces, including open courtyards and gathering areas, are designed to promote social interaction and foster a sense of community, offering opportunities for relaxation, events, and cultural activities.
Security and accessibility are central to the design, with careful consideration given to both physical and psychological safety. Pathways are clearly defined, ensuring smooth transitions between different functions of the building while maintaining a high level of privacy for residential units.
